Obtaining NBOviewer2.0

Obtaining NBOviewer2.0

Postby uccanka » Tue Feb 18, 2014 8:10 am

Hello,

I ordered NBOviewer2 yesterday via the website, but since then I haven't received any communication as to how to actually obtain the code. Should I receive download instructions, and perhaps a licence key?

Any help gratefully appreciated.

Best,

Nik,

You should receive a license shortly, if you haven't already.

Eric,

Thanks - I did get a key. However, when I try to use it on the download page, I get:

"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Web Server at software.wisc.edu"

I'm sorry to bother the forum with this, but I have written twice to "tcinbo@chem.wisc.edu" to explain the problem, but have had no reply in nearly three days.

Help appreciated!

Best,

Nik

Nik,

Try again. There was apparently a case-sensitivity issue with your download code.

Eric,

Thank you. I have now downloaded the viewer, but I can't get it to work. After extraction and double-clicking, I get a window which begins:

"Intel(r) Visual Fortran run-time error
forrtl: severe (408): fort: (3) Subscript #1 of the array KDEC has value 0 which is less than the lower bound of 1"

Then there's a lot more lines beginning nboviewer2.exe....

I'm running Windows 8. Is that the problem?

Best,

Nik

Eric,

I should add that I have also tried with windows 7 and get the same result.

Nik,

We're rebuilding NBOView without bounds checking. Updated executables should be available for download shortly.
