Problems installing April 28 version of NBO6

Postby gjtanoury » Wed Jul 09, 2014 1:23 pm

Hi,
I am trying to install a newer version of NBO6, but get the following when running make

[tanoury@tanourylnx:nbo6]$ make
make -C src/utils NBOfpp
make[1]: Entering directory `/cluster/home/tanoury/opt/nbo6/src/utils'
ifort -O3 -nowarn -mcmodel=medium -shared-intel -i8 -c NBOfpp.F -o NBOfpp.o
ifort -mcmodel=medium -shared-intel NBOfpp.o -o NBOfpp.exe
make[1]: Leaving directory `/cluster/home/tanoury/opt/nbo6/src/utils'
make -C src/gennbo gennbo
make[1]: Entering directory `/cluster/home/tanoury/opt/nbo6/src/gennbo'
/cluster/home/tanoury/nbo6/utils/NBOfpp.exe -Di8 -Dblas < gennbo.F > gennbo.for
/bin/sh: /cluster/home/tanoury/nbo6/utils/NBOfpp.exe: No such file or directory
make[1]: *** [gennbo.o] Error 127
make[1]: Leaving directory `/cluster/home/tanoury/opt/nbo6/src/gennbo'
make: *** [gennbo] Error 2

I don't understand why it is not creating the nbo6/utils directory. Is it just copied from src?

Thanks for the help.

Figured it out. Missed your REVISION note on 16-Mar-2014 where you reorganized the directory structure. I was using a Make.config file from a previous version, and UTILDIR was pointing to $(NBODIR)/utils instead of $(NBODIR)/src/utils. Fixed the problem by copying over my FFLAGS and LFLAGS from the old file to the new one.

Installed without a problem.
